A key differentiator between Process Search and many of our competitors is that whilst we provide an Executive Search and Selection service, we charge only upon successful completion of an assignment.

Each of our clients falls within one of three categories and we recruit for several roles within each area.

 

Outsourcing Vendors

In today’s ever-changing market, these organisations differ in size, content discipline and culture - and are constantly evolving. Process Search makes it a priority to understand these differences and to cater for the specific requirements of each client. Through this understanding we are able provide vendors with senior individuals who make deals happen:

Sourcing Advisors

These lynchpin businesses contribute significantly towards making deals happen; they clearly represent the ‘Client’, offering expertise to both ‘Vendor’ and ‘Client’ in such a way as to enable complex business transactions to proceed as smoothly as possible. For Advisory firms we recruit:

End-users

These companies - typically banks, insurance and pharmaceutical businesses - have set up in-house Sourcing practices that enable them to fully manage deals from inception to transition. For end-users we recruit:

Sourcing Directors, Sourcing Managers and Programme Directors.
