within each area.
1. Outsourcing Vendors.
In today’s ever-changing market, these organisations differ in size, content discipline and culture - and are constantly evolving. Process Search makes it a priority to understand these differences and to cater for the specific requirements of each client. Through this understanding we are able to provide vendors to senior individuals who make deals happen:
Senior Sales Leads, Deal Makers, Solution Architects and Financial Analysts.
2. Sourcing Advisors.
These lynchpin businesses contribute significantly towards making deals happen; they clearly represent the ‘Client’, offering expertise to both ‘Vendor’ and ‘Client’ in such a way as to enable complex business transactions to proceed as smoothly as possible.
For Advisory firms we recruit:
Consultants, Advisors, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners.
3. End-users.
These companies - typically banks, insurance and pharmaceutical businesses - have set up in-house Sourcing practices that enable them to fully manage deals from inception to transition. For end-users we recruit:
Sourcing Directors, Sourcing Managers and Programme Directors.
