1. Consultation: you will meet with a Sumner Executive Search consultant to discuss your recruitment requirements which will enable them to represent you efficiently and effectively. The meeting will ensure you receive a personal and professional service whilst allowing you to provide a detailed job specifcation and outline of your organisation’s unique culture. For example, the discussion will cover: your corporate strategy and environment, the job description and key responsibilities, the role’s key selling points, the compensation package, the interview process, technical requirements, benefits, opportunity for career progression etc.
2. Job Description: We will produce a job description based on the initial consultation. The hiring manager, Human Resources, and all relevant parties will be asked to approve this document in order that the recruitment requirements are agreed.
3. Target Market: The information gleaned from the initial meeting will be used – together with our market knowledge – to compile a list of target organisations and individuals. Approval of this target market is required .
4. Sourcing/Headhunting: Your Sumner Executive Search consultant will quickly pursue the targetted talent pools and present them with the job opportunity. You will be provided with feedback, including market conditions and responses from candidates. We will interview each candidate and short-list those who meet the previously agreed profile.
5. Short-List: We will present you with a short-list of high calibre candidates suitable for interview. If you agree interviews will be arranged; if not the search for suitable candidates will continue. We will eliminate inappropriate CVs from the outset.
6. Interviews: We will work with you - or on your behalf - to schedule interviews for all candidates. Following the interviews we will provide constructive feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates.
7. Offer negotiation: We will stay in close contact with the candidate throughout the final stages of the recruitment process, and will manage all reference checking and potential relocation logistics. Finally we will assist thought out negotiations of any offer.
